HeartStreet's idea originated in 2015 from a deeply personal mission: helping our founder's mother, who struggled with Alzheimer's and Vascular dementia, stay connected and joyful. What began as a custom whiteboard for reminders evolved into an innovative app, complete with a simple music-playing feature.

The First Leap
Transforming necessity into innovation, the whiteboard concept evolved into an app. This first version, equipped with a 'listen to music' button, brought unexpected joy and connection

A Dream Paused
Despite the app's potential, limited time meant the project had to pause. The dream, however, remained alive, simmering beneath the surface, waiting for the right moment to re-emerge

Rekindled in 2024, the dream is now a reality. HeartStreet, operating from our Sydney office, is not just an app but a growing community, committed to enriching the lives of those with cognitive challenges.
