Dementia-friendly app
HeartStreet's video feature is a simple way to bring comfort and connection. It helps you brighten your loved one's day from anywhere.
Use YouTube to set up playlists — like cooking, fishing or comedy. You can turn them on for your loved one using your own phone, no matter where you are.
Once you set up the playlists, your loved one can choose which one to watch. This gives them a sense of control while reducing your daily workload.
Share the hobbies they have always loved. Picking videos that match their personality helps you feel closer to who they are.
Easily update their selection to match how they feel. You can play calming nature scenes or fun videos to help lower their stress and make them smile.
Give them the freedom to pick their own entertainment. This removes the frustration of trying to use a confusing TV remote.
Watching videos about hobbies they love, like nature or comedy, can help them feel less lonely and more connected to the world.
Favorite videos can wake up old memories and happy feelings, helping them feel more like themselves.
Easy access to their favorite interests can bring instant happiness. It can help turn a difficult afternoon into a better one.
HeartStreet's video playlists help your loved one feel joyful, connected, and in control of their day.

REMOTE CONTROL
You manage every feature remotely from your phone, choosing only what they need to see to keep their screen clear. It’s a simple, familiar space that helps your loved one stay independent and connected to the people who care most. Whether you are across the room or across the world, you have the power to turn their day around.
HeartStreet offers a secure, private environment for seniors, with strong protection for personal info and a support team ready to help. It combines ease of use with security, ensuring a safe and simple digital experience.
HeartStreet’s idea originated in 2015 from a deeply personal mission: helping our founder’s mother, who struggled with Alzheimer’s and Vascular dementia, stay connected and joyful.
What began as a custom whiteboard for reminders evolved into an innovative app, complete with a simple music-playing feature. Our founder’s mother hadn’t been able to use a phone for two years, yet she replied to a HeartStreet message on her very first day.
This breakthrough taught us that even when a loved one seems unreachable, the right “anchor” - be it a familiar song or a reassuring note - can turn their day around and spark a moment of genuine connection.
Today, we live by the mantra: “We care, because you do.” By prioritising warmth, we empower families to support their loved ones from anywhere in the world. We aren’t just building an app; we are helping you minimise isolation and support connection.
