HeartStreet offers a secure, private environment for seniors, with strong protection for personal info and a support team ready to help. It combines ease of use with security, ensuring a safe and simple digital experience.
HeartStreet’s idea originated in 2015 from a deeply personal mission: helping our founder’s mother, who struggled with Alzheimer’s and Vascular dementia, stay connected and joyful.
What began as a custom whiteboard for reminders evolved into an innovative app, complete with a simple music-playing feature. Our founder’s mother hadn’t been able to use a phone for two years, yet she replied to a HeartStreet message on her very first day.
This breakthrough taught us that even when a loved one seems unreachable, the right “anchor” - be it a familiar song or a reassuring note - can turn their day around and spark a moment of genuine connection.
Today, we live by the mantra: “We care, because you do.” By prioritising warmth, we empower families to support their loved ones from anywhere in the world. We aren’t just building an app; we are helping you minimise isolation and support connection.
